ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

Times: Specific time arranged with trainer.

Description:

SMALL AND LARGE GROUP TRAINING

Duration: 45 min
No. of people: 4 to 8

Mom Strong

  • Our Mom Strong groups assist moms who want to get stronger, build lean muscle and lose fat.
  • We provide a fun environment in which to train as well as build friendships and camaraderie.

Dad Strong

  • Our Dad Strong groups focus on functional training to help dads get rid of their ‘dad bods’. We work on building muscle, developing a strong core and getting fitter overall.
  • Experience great camaraderie and push yourself out of your comfort zone.

Mixed Group (Ladies & Gents)

  • Sweat it out with a supportive community, motivating instructor and dynamic workout designed to challenge all fitness levels. Let us help you achieve your fitness goals.

PRE- AND POST-NATAL TRAINING
Pre-natal

  • We will guide you through exercising during every phase of your pregnancy.
  • Our Pre-natal programme helps strengthen specific areas to improve pelvic floor muscles, posture and general weaknesses.
  • All exercises are safe and effective for you and your baby.

Post-natal

  • Our Post-natal programme helps you return to an active lifestyle.
  • The focus is on slowly building up your fitness.
  • The exercises will be tailored to your post-labour complications and recovery.

Terms and Conditions

Absenteeism – one-on-one sessions:

  • If, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend a session and cancel short notice, you will unfortunately forfeit that session. However, if you notify your trainer reasonably in advance, a make-up session may be scheduled (IF his/her schedule allows for it).
  • Our trainers endeavour to be as accommodating as possible, but there are other clients and schedules to take into consideration.
  • The maximum number of sessions you can ask to ‘bank’ to be made up is 2.
    Thereafter, any other sessions for that month will be forfeited. Even if you have more sessions to make up, please understand that it becomes extremely difficult to play ‘catch up’ as we have to bill for a new month.
  • If, however, the trainer cancels the session, you are, of course, owed that session, and a make-up session will be arranged.

Absenteeism – group sessions:

  • There are no make-up sessions in a group class.
  • The group class will continue to run irrespective of who is in attendance.
  • If, however, the trainer cancels the group session, you are, of course, owed that session, and a make-up session will be arranged.

Billing:

  • We appreciate prompt monthly payment via EFT or cash.
  • One-on-one training is billed in advance for the month. You work your sessions down to a zero balance, after which you are billed again for the following month.
  • Group training is billed for the month of sessions, regardless of whether or not you attend the classes.

Termination of training:

If you wish to terminate your sessions with In Training, one calendar month’s notice period and full payment for that month are required.

Regular fitness tests and measurements are not compulsory, but remember:
